Shipping & Returns

 

DELIVERY

All orders will be processed and shipped Monday to Friday ( excluding Bank Holidays) . We will dispatch your order on the same day or next available posting day.

If a special request is made for an order to be despatched on a Saturday everything will be done to fulfil the request.

We will send an email when your order has been despatched with a tracking number to follow the journey of your order from us to you.

 

UK DELIVERY

All orders are fully tracked and will be sent  via Royal Mail Standard Delivery or with DPD / UPS.

UK Customer- Orders will arrive 1-2 working days after despatch.

 

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

European customers – Orders will arrive within 2-5 working days after despatch.

Considering recent events please note that all EU orders could be delayed but we will advise you of the information required to enable you to track your delivery.

Please note for all European orders we do not cover the duties and import VAT that can be levied on a shipment. These costs are required to be paid by the customer.

RETURNS

The Company offers a 14 day returns policy from the date of despatching your goods to you. For full exchange and returns information, please see our returns information below.
All products are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with The Company Return Policy.

We have made every effort to present on the website as accurately as possible the colours, details and images of our product.

We hope that you love your Tillsworth purchases. If for some reason you are not satisfied please complete the returns form enclosed as it will help us understand your needs/feedback.

To be eligible for a return all products must be returned new, unused and in the same condition that you received them. The original packaging with all tags and labels must be attached.

We suggest using Royal Mail shipping / DPD/UPS and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office / DPD/UPS as we are unable to be held responsible for product lost in transit.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of your refund subject to the items being in the condition in which they were despatched .

Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.
