DEFINITIONS

This website is operated by Tillsworth Limited. Throughout the site the information and terms shall have the following meaning: “ The Company “ means Tillsworth Limited. “ Customer means the customer of the company. “ Contract “ means for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer.

PAYMENT

Payments will be pre – authorised at the time of placing an order. No goods will be supplied without payment.

Our store is hosted by Stripe.Com. They provide us with the secure online e commerce platform that allows us to sell our product and services to you. They handle the transaction on our behalf and as such we do not at any time gain access to your full payment method details, except address in order to fulfil your order.

PLEASE NOTE

The Customer will be responsible for any customs, import duties and taxes payable for your order. If some orders experience customs delays, The Company has no control over these charges or delays and are unable to predict what or when they may happen. In these exceptional circumstances, we suggest that you track your parcel via the Post Office and contact the local customs office for additional information.

CLAIMS

Claims arising from damage, delay or loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to Tillsworth Limited within seven working days of delivery. Tillsworth is afforded the opportunity to investigate any claim made and The Customer, if requested will be asked to return the goods subject to any claim with all packaging materials securely packaged and tracked to Tillsworth for examination.

LIABILITY

If the Customer establishes that any of the goods are defective Tillsworth will offer the customer a refund of the goods plus shipping charges.

Under no circumstances will the liability of Tillsworth to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
